Yes thank you, this makes sense. I guess I figured it wasn’t going because my calories are about 60-70 off on MFP so I figured it was basing the calories off just my steps and not my exercise. Bummer it can’t itemize them. But thank you so much for answering.

I count how long and my calories if it is in a continuous motion - like a 45 min walk. However, if you are walking throughout the day then MFP will calculate your calories based on steps ( if you are synced)

Yes! I second this. I love the nike training app. They have different levels, workouts without equipment. It’s good for if you’re new or a pro (literally) they have workouts from athletes and more too.

People notice the gain, (and tell me :neutral:) but not the losses which is sad because I’m proud of myself lol.

I really love the nike+training club app. You can make a plan for weight loss goals and it will suggest exercises to do and what days to do them. It mixes cardio with endurance, strength, mobility and more. There are videos that tell you how to do the exercises. You can pick using equipment or not. You can save the work…
