Hello fellow MFPs I am in love with using Nike Training Club app, but as a beginner sometimes I feel like I can't keep up. Also the models are all in shape and s**** lol so that doesn't help.

Anyways, for people who use this app, what helps you keep up without over working yourselves??

I use a number of apps, Nike is one of them. Take time and watch the video previews of the exercises so you know what you're doing. Go at your own pace, do the best you can but focus on form first. That's going to be true with any app or workout. Don't be intimidated that you aren't Gabby Douglas. :)

Thanks I will try that because sometimes I feel like I can't do them even though I've completed five weeks of it. So I will stay on beginner until I am ready to move on

You can do it! I totally understand how you feel. The exercises requiring balance are rough, I feel like a dork when I have to balance on my tailbone. I have a long way to go before I get good at that. No shame, though... you're getting stronger.

Thanks! I can't wait to be able to do more with my body especially flexibility. So I'm going to keep at it!

I have been using NTC on and off, depending on my motivation. I started out running and am no transitioning to using the app. Anyone been using this longterm? Does it get you results? And if yes, how (muscle gain, stability, weight loss etc.)? I seriously need some motivation to keep using the app, for I am only down 4kg.

I only use it intermittently because I use a number of apps, but it's as good as the other apps I also use.
