Thanks for all your replies, I had seen my doctor a few weeks ago about coming off them, but she said I could come off them just like that, or cut down to every 2nd day and slowly come off them. So I might do the slow off them rather than just stopping all at once. I've been on them now about 4 months, not a long time but…

Yeah? Oh right. Im going to start tracking every little crumb I eat as I haven't been doing that. I need too, and yeah definitely taking my time with losing the weight, calorie control but not in a silly way, I'm in no rush to force a time period on when I should get such and such amount of weight off. Slow and steady from…

I'm actually starting my CBT this week, so that will help my anxiety anyway, hopefully! I am seeing my doctor tomorrow as well, so will talk to him about all of this and progress from there. Thank you!

I'm actually noticing because it's zapped my energy, all I want is chocolate, I think it's like an energy boost, so looking into vitamins maybe like Magnesium and B vitamins maybe to help my energy levels and try avoid sweets. I'm probably overeating without realizing I've had an extra bite to eat. I'll be sure to track…

I'll definitely make small changes, try relax and take it easy I think is my main thing. I'm not looking for miracles, however long it takes is fine with me, I don't have a date in mind, so slow wins the race for me! Thank you!

That is very much how I feel most days. I have no motivation to do anything, socialize, shopping, I even get bored half way through watching a programme, like my attention span is just not into it. I have suffered with depression for years, so probably isn't helping it either but it is immensely helping my anxiety which is…

I'm not rushing, and that is what I'm aiming for is a pound or a little less is enough for me weekly to lose. I just want to know if it is possible while I'm on this medication that I will be able to? Thank you.
-
Yeah, I'll probably be able to do 1400 a day, and add in an hours walk and because I work at home all day, I will do little chores around the house as extra. Thank you.

Thank you! I am, I'm having treatment this month with a therapist, to help with other things too and get me more sociable again. I never realized I had less than 25lbs to lose, but when I see it like that, it seems less of a mountain to get over. I will start with the .5lbs and maybe go for 15-1600 calories, I think it…

Thank you! I'm just going to take my time, I can do it if I learn to relax and learn to de-stress as well, now it's just the management of food and intake, along with getting more walking and steps in.

It can be hard, I know, I really do. Losing weight and getting as healthy as I can, is my main motivation. Maybe after I do, I'll be more confident and will start to make friends easier. Keep strong as well, we have to stay positive even though we have moments when we don't, its hard, but hopefully, losing weight will help…

Thank you for replying, you gave a lot of information and helpful tips. Yeah, its exhausting when you have these things, and some days I can't do a full hour with my dogs, but I still try bring them out for 30 minutes in the morning and just before dinner, or let them play in the garden for a while. My dogs are my babies…

Thank you for sharing that, I had a similar experience of a breakdown when I was in my late teens, early twenties, it was a terrible thing, sorry you had to experience something similar. Yeah, I think I've been feeling worse because I lost my best friend back before Christmas, and that broke my heart, and why I put half…

There's not really any groups around me, I'm in a small town, and there is only weightwatchers. I do have family around me, so will talk and see if anyone is interested in helping me get out more and burn some calories and get some exercise. Thank you!

I definitely want to reduce my stress, I think that is a lot of my problems and the anxiety. I'm definitely watching my calorie intake, and if I go over, I'll try to do an extra bit of walking that day. Thank you!
-
Thank you, you're right, I am taking it slow and doing my best!
-
Thank you! Yeah, I'm taking it slowly, sometimes I go a little over 1300, nearly 1400, but I stop there. I'll add you on here now! I'm 30 from Ireland :)

I never actually thought the medication and the virus could be the route. Thank you, I'll definitely give myself more time for things to go back to normal.

I love thrift stores! Oh I think I'll do that, their is a few in my town, so that is on my list! Thanks for the ideas, really appreciate good answers that I can use :)

I guess that couldn't be helped but also worth it for you brought your child into the world as well :)

That sounded great! Mine is in winter too, well Autumn, but I'll think of something closer the day :)
-
That sounds wonderful, definitely different but better different.
-
That will definitely be included in my day lol! :)
-
No, I agree, I think I'll build myself up and then not make my mind up until the actual morning of my birthday :)
-
If I had that kind of money, I might haha! Broke :D

I'll definitely be staying up late that night!

Well, what I mean by a treat day really doesn't involve a whole day of eating the foods I want. I wake up, have my normal healthy breakfast, nothing much for lunch, then I will have a dinner I don't usually have during the week on this day, and some indulgent chocolate for afters. That is generally what my cheat days looks…
