In terms of actual sit down restaurants, rarely. Although I'll grab a six inch sub or a pita a few times a week after work. So far it hasn't been affecting me negatively. I forgo all those "caloric bomb" toppings like cheese and sauces so overall calorically its not bad. I stay within my macros.

See I wasn't sure if there was any general guidelines about what to be consuming before and after strength workouts vs cardio. I guess it doesn't really matter that much, from reading all your replies
