Don't stop!!! The say it because you did something they can't do. I lost 105 lbs. 245 down to 140 and I want to lean out and build a little more muscle. I could stand to lose 5-10 lbs. If I tell people that they'll say the same things.

speaking from my own experience. I lost 100 lbs in 18 months and have kept it off since 2011. I have a much healthier diet and I workout. PMS is a lot better and my period isn't as heavy or as long as it used to be. I weighed 245 lbs and had horrible cramps and heavy bleeding. I went on birth control and that helped. I…

I'd say keeping t off is the hardest thing. That's why I've decided to never be "on a diet" instead I like to make healthy lifestyle changes. Then it's a lifestyle habit and not a temporary diet! Congrats to you!!!
