Got diagnosed with sleep apnea which led to me gaining almost 100 pounds in 2 years. Finally got my machine and downloaded the app. In three weeks I've lost 16 pounds by logging my calories and working out 4 times a week. Looking forward to losing the weight I put on and keeping it off.
