Aqua Aerobics and swimming laps (1/2 mile). I'm OLD 69 yo.
Today I took a kayaking lesson, something that has been on my Bucket List since I lost 100#, now I have lost 166# and my CW is 209 I felt like I could try it. I did NOT capsize'5 -

Salsa, merengue, hip hop, Zumba classes...it's all a blast!3 -

Hiking! It's really the only kind of exercise I truly 'enjoy'. I love it! Other than that, I don't mind cardio or yoga, but I *loathe* strength training with a fiery passion.2
