Love my 50 foot battle rope. I get to be outside with my dogs, getting some well needed sun, and swinging them for 20 minutes burns as much as an hour on the treadmill would've. Super fun and I can work every part of my body by doing different routines with them (I do about 20 different things on them)1

There's nothing more satisfying then going out on the lake on my paddle board and doing a yoga / fitness class !!1

Aqua Aerobics and swimming laps (1/2 mile). I'm OLD 69 yo.
Today I took a kayaking lesson, something that has been on my Bucket List since I lost 100#, now I have lost 166# and my CW is 209 I felt like I could try it. I did NOT capsize'5 -
