  • Happy August Everyone! So I started the Ripped in 30 today. I'm surprised how difficult the fast feet were. I found that by round 2 I was already winded but pushed through and felt better towards the end. I'm not really looking forward to doing this 6 more times, lol, but I'm hoping I will see great results from this. Hope…
  • That's awesome, I'm doing level 3 till the end of the month, I actually ended up taking two days off in this level because I wasn't feeling too well. I'm so excited to be done and start Ripped in 30! I'll let you know how it goes!
  • I found it tough on my quads again cause the cardio is different and there are a lot more jumps, so I am using some of the modified movements but overall I like it better than level 2. But it's probably the only level where I have stopped and not done the full exercise because I felt like my quads would just fall off, lol.…
  • I just finished L3 D5, can't believe I'm almost at the end of this journey. I did my measurements today and thus far I've lost about 12inches and about 15lbs, I'm really starting to notice the change and it feels amazing. I still have a long ways to go to reach my goal but for the first time in a long time I'm really…
  • We'll keep you accountable if you want to come back and post regularly? If you tell us what would you, I for one would be happy to help with checking in on you and your progress
  • I found L3 easier for me then Level 2 - I don't know if because i got stronger or just the moves suit me more but I've enjoyed it more then L2![/quote] That's so good to hear! I'm looking forward to trying it, although I did something to my ankle so I may take a day or two off. I'll be moving to Ripped in 30 after, so you…
  • That's amazing, well done on the 8lbs! I'm excited and super nervous about level 3! Will let you all know how I fare with it tomorrow!
  • Tomorrow will be day 10 of level 2, I'm super excited to be done with this level. I've noticed that my weight loss is kind of plateaued but that's probably because I'm not eating as cleanly as I could! I've taken two rest days (break from Shred but still worked out). Exciting to see if i see more progress with level 3!
  • Finished L2 D6, still not seeing as much progress as I'd like to on the scale but I'm feeling better and more fit, so I'm considering it a win. Hope everyone is feeling motivated. We got this!!!
  • We're all at different stages so feel free to join us
  • Welcome to the group!
  • That's amazing, I can't run to save my life but I did go paddle boarding and had a really good time! But doing shred afterwards nearly killed me, lol! Do you think you'll add jogging into the program?
  • Thank you so much! I'll try that for sure. My right shoulder has a history of problems so I know it will hurt more, left seems to be fine more or less but right does act up! I'll give this a try
  • Finished L2D4 excited to be reaching the halfway point tomorrow. I haven't been as diligent with my diet and I'm feeling disappointed by what I'm seeing on the scale. I definitely do notice the change in my measurements but still pretty upset that the transformation is not more visible. I'm still doing yoga everyday after…
  • Good luck! I'll keep you posted, I'll finish my level 1 today and will let you know how level 2 goes. I did level 2 once and I found it to be okay, but will see how it feels once I'm doing it back to back
  • Did you do level 1 for 15 days as well? I'll be doing my day 10 of level 1 tomorrow! Pretty excited to be done with this level
  • Of course, let us know how you find it. I found Day 1 tough but okay, day 2-4 killed me, cause my muscles were so sore! Now I'm on day 8 and I'm finding it a bit easier, still tough but not as bad.
  • It's never too late! Welcome to the group
  • I just finished day 7 level 1 and it is definitely getting easier. I've convinced my brother in law to join me so depending on how he feels I may end up doing level 1 for 15 days and then move to level 2. To be honest I can't imagine that doing it longer will be a bad thing so not too worried about it! I'm still doing yoga…
  • I'm sure you'll do great!! It's really tough but I feel great afterwards. I just hope that my results are as dramatic as some I've seen here on MFP, we'll do it together :)
  • Do you do 4 days straight or do you alternate days? I'm trying to figure out what works best still. I'll definitely will post some pics after I'm done with this but still on L1 D4 (I did level 2 for two days in between)
  • Still doing it for the first time, I have so much respect for all of you who have done this before, this workout is really tough
  • So for day 4 I decided to do level 2 to work a different set of muscles. The only thing that I'm really finding challenging is my quads are killing me. I'm doing yoga, I'm rolling them but still they hurt a ton! Any tips from anyone?
  • That makes sense, last time I spoke to my doctor she recommended around 1400 calories, I'm sticking with 1200 since my body loves to hold on to the fat and I'm hoping the extra calorie deficit should help! So far I've lost about 8 lbs in 4 weeks and that included a week when I was on the road for work and didn't get to…
  • Thanks for the feedback. I'm starting Day 4 level 1 and so far still feeling pretty good. I may take a day off tomorrow and just do it 4 days with 1 rest day in between doing something else. I'll post after I'm done, I may feel differently about it afterwards, lol
  • Thanks for the feedback! I am in a hurry, lol! I've given myself the goal to get fit by end of the year but I'd love to do it faster, I'm eating about 1200 calories daily and doing between 20-30 minutes of yoga in addition to this. So hopefully I'll get the results I'm looking for. What are you planning on doing next?
  • I just finished L1 D3 and my quads are killing me, but I am sweating like never before! I'm thinking of doing it straight through with no rest days, is anyone doing it in 30 days or are you guys taking rest days?
  • Hi all, I know you all have started but hoping to join the group. I started the videos two days ago and would love to be part of this group to keep myself motivated!
