I am usually have two eggs with a slice of toast and some low fat cottage cheese, or oats with soya milk and a few fruits cut in it or an avocado with eggs in it. :)

Yes I also agree that my job has a lot to do. I also work shifts (nigh/AMs/PMs) so my sleeping pattern along with my exercise and diet is surely effected

Understood, have done this and it really helped. I have cut down to 5 days of exercise instead and have changed my macro ratio :) much much better

I do the same, I try as much as possible to have my 'bi' meals around 10pm which is when I start my shift.. healthy snacks during the night, go to sleep in the morning to wake up at around 14/1500hrs for another big lunch with more snacks until the evening.
