I’m looking at the holidays that way too, and wanting a couple more friends with similar commitment/goals to chat with regularly. I’m down about 47lbs. Right now I’m focusing on hitting that 50lb mark before Christmas. Then next year I’m planning to work off another 60 or so. I’ll add you.

Congrats on the 45lbs! That’s fantastic! I hear ya on the lockdown weight. Motivation or not, the time is going to pass anyway... better to look back in a month or two and say “at least I did something” instead of “I wish I’d done something.” Oh, and GO HOKIES!!! 😉

I did a 60-day free trial of the mossa move app. I’m now doing a 30-day free trial of the LesMills on demand app. I’ve also been using the C25K app to get back in to running.

I’m 3 weeks and 7 pounds into my MFP recommitment. I lost 40lbs in 2013 and it was amazing! MFP really works when you stick to it! Then babies and moving and life derailed that and I’m starting over. Would love some new friends for the journey!

I'm 36. Close enough? I homeschool my four kids ages 4-11. I go to the gym three evenings a week and play in an adult soccer league on the weekend.

Hi Kenisha! Virginia here 👋🏼 I have a “first goal” too. I was feeling very defeated thinking about how much weight I wanted to lose overall, so picked a goal that feels more achievable. I’m playing mindgames with myself 🤣. I’m 10lbs into it with 30 more to get to that first goal. I’ll add you.

Last week I committed myself to logging everything I ate for 7 days in a row no matter what - the good, the bad... the date night buffet 😬 I was less inclined to grab a chocolate here and there when I knew I had to log it.
