This is definitely a valid strategy with a bit of a caveat.. as you get closer to that goal weight its going to slow down a lot. To get an idea of what i mean.. take the same stats but 10 lbs heavier. Note the difference in calories given and divide that into 35000 to get how many days at that pace it will take.

Depends where she goes and the size of the portions.. most restaurant places are far more than 1000 calories for an entree.

100-150 calories per wing depending on size and breading. Add sauce to that. If that helps. So if you order those when they arrive take a quick mental picture of how big they are and if they are breaded and do the quick math of how many you should eat for your meal goal. Stick to it and offer any left overs to your friends…

OP there is no food or potion or trick that is going to save you from overeating. The quicker you accept it, the more money you will save and the further down the road to your goals you will be.

Lets not forget that mfp expects you to add back in your exercise calories to your goal. Most people are used to exercising to create the deficit not have the deficite already included. So 1200 bare minumum after exercise might be 15 to 1600 or more.

Room temp water tastes old and stale to me. Cold feels and tastes better like its fresh. Hot water like tea gives me a sense of preperation to the drink. In between isnt my thing

Sounds like last time you did two things wrong. You said ehh close enough and stopped trying. You treated it like a finish line and went back to your old eating habits. Accept that you need to change the amount you eat permanently and that monitoring that will never end.
