Apple watch! It is not as generous with calories burned during workouts but I would rather have it underestimate than overestimate. I found the fitbit to be very inaccurate... it said I was burning way more calories than I actually was. I also like that the Apple watch differentiates between active calories and BMR.

Working out helps me! I have to force myself to do it, but once I'm done, I feel so much better.

I haven't had any issues with Halo Top and I have a very sensitive stomach. It is so filling so the most I can eat is half a pint (even if I'm really hungry), so maybe that is why it hasn't bothered me. The birthday cake and sea salt caramel are the only ones I eat regularly.

I do! I love barre! I've created a category under cardio for my barre classes. I track my calories burned during class on my Apple Watch and then record them after. I usually end up burning about 300-350 calories for a 60 minute class.
