It's all in your proper calorie count for the day. Do your research with you body type and stats to find what fits you best to loose weight. Don't adjust that calorie count for any extra exercising you do, consider that a bonus.

It all depends on when you wake up and go to bed. My suggestion would be breaking your meal into 3 hr timed increments. Every 3 hours will keep you metabolism working all day instead of shutting down at certain points. I am eating 1,500 cal a day to loose weight and here is my schedule. Adjust the times to fit your day.…
