I'm starting a new job tonight
I'm getting worked up as not sure when to have breakfast lunch and dinner...
I start at 11 pm - 8 am

    It all depends on when you wake up and go to bed. My suggestion would be breaking your meal into 3 hr timed increments. Every 3 hours will keep you metabolism working all day instead of shutting down at certain points.

    I am eating 1,500 cal a day to loose weight and here is my schedule. Adjust the times to fit your day. Times of the day don't matter. You are up and your body is functioning for the same amount of time as the rest of us.

    Wake up 6:30am. 7:30a breakfast 300cal, 10:30a snack 100cal, 1:30pm lunch 400cal, 4:30p snack 100cal, 7:30 dinner 500cal and final snack at 9:30 100cal. I go to bed at 10:30p usually. Don't eat 1 hour before you go to bed.

    Whenever works best for you. Meal timing is irrelevant to weight loss.
