I love the hasfit low impact videos on YouTube, I also love the jillian Michaels kettle bell shred (mainly upper body) and the Lesley samsone walk from home videos (YouTube) - they're basically aerobics whilst walking on the spot (you can do up to 3 miles/45 minutes) xx

Forgot to mention an evening meal - I've been having homemade root veg soup and a whole grain wrap with light cheese and a slice of quorn ham (I'm a polo pescetarian) x
