Hi everyone.
I'm scared. Please don't go telling me anything negative or something that may upset me, I have an anxiety disorder and I'm working hard on myself.
Thank you so much for reading this. I'm Holly, 30 from Scotland. I'm 136.4kg's at the moment at 5,7 tall.
I'm going on holiday in 25 weeks and want to loose 20kgs. It says on here and my doctor agrees that 1kg per week on average at my weight is very achievable but I need your help please!
I'm so scared. I've been overweight my entire life, I don't know what it's like to be slim. I don't know if I'll get loose skin, if I'm worthy of being slim or healthy or whatever but I just know I want to have children someday and seeing as I'm 30, I need to prepare my body.
I have major self esteem issues and I'm an emotional eater. Despite that, I'm actually quite clued up on nutrition and exercise - I've been studying it a lot and this is certainly not my first time trying to loose weight.
I just really need help.
I bought a nutri ninja and a load of fruit and veg alongside some almond milk and peanut butter and a few other things (like the passions Thai red curry pea snacks - amazing!)
I've been having a smoothie for breakfast and same for lunch with some protein and two snacks in between of fruit(pomegranate seeds), almond nuts and the pea snacks.
Tomorrow is weigh day for me so wish me luck
Thank you so much xx

Forgot to mention an evening meal - I've been having homemade root veg soup and a whole grain wrap with light cheese and a slice of quorn ham (I'm a polo pescetarian) x0

Congratulations on starting out your journey. Follow the MFP daily calorie goals and you ought to achieve your goal!
You want to watch the entries you use because there is a lot of user input in the database and some of it is simply wrong. There should be a good way to double check your inputs. In the states, I use the USDA Nutrient Database. I'm sure Scotland or the EU have something similar. You'll get the hang of it pretty quickly.
This flow chart is a really great tool for figuring out problems that arise during your weight loss travels:
