Seen nuts mentioned. I'd specifically recommend almonds. A handful a day will do it. Try low GI foods too. Search wen for that stiff see what you like. It's slow releasing energy foods. Stuff like granola and apples. Bit see what suits your diet and go from there. Good luck

Add me boys and girls. I'm down around 3.5 stone since Jan and have somehow turned myself into a fast food junky to a health freakoid. Am active daily and new as well on here with only a few freinds and openly show all my stuff. Could use ideas to keep on improving and if my own stuff helps anyone then sweet.

I totally believe there's no secrets with this. Eat well Exercise Stay on it. If you want it enough you will. Think about buying skinnier holiday clothes to help motivate. I'm from London but the other side in Hillingdon. :) Good luck with it!

Good stuff there by pawn. I can't get as thorough as that bit ill say this. Are you finding it's the results on the scales your not seeing ? If so nothings linear. I've had weeks like that where I find I exercise more and them eat less cos it goes on for weeks and I get the hump. I then find it makes it worse. So try…
