Thank you. Sometimes (like this whole past week) I've screwed up A LOT, and made not the best choices. I've still lost, but wonder how the food I ate hindered the progress I would have had. I wanna do right, but some days, weeks...they're hard.

I am on a plan with my dr. I aim to eat 1,100 calories per day. (She said I could do up to 1,200) And, I go to the gym daily or walk outside on the days I don't get to the gym. That's pretty much it. Nothing at all!!!!!!!! I add people of all fitness levels, I just know that sometimes plus size (overweight) people have a bit harder time. So. I was just putting it out there for any of the plus size ladies to see, that I'm also plus and would add.
