The biggest difference is whenever i fast. We know well that hunger often strikes especially on the 16th hr and onwards. When I'm depressed I actually end up not eating anything at all until my mood becomes normalized again.

Yeah thanks ninerbuff. That's what I always thought which is why I'm thinking about having refeeds or cheat day. I only wonder now if I should increase the carbs since I'm considering a pure ketogenic diet.
