i cut down alcohol significantly over 3 months ago. and i do count those calories. well i dont do all those three exercises everyday. but i do workout for an hour or so at least everyday. cortisol levels really only increase your weight if you give into that trigger it promotes. which i dont. im also a nurse so im walking…

I drink a lot of water. Seems like I am bloated more after eating a lot of spinach or other vegetables.

i got an Ultrasound. Uterus and ovaries looked normal. I'm waiting to hear back about my estrogen levels (apparently low estrogen levels can cause weight gain)
