  • I am doing the keto diet and I LOVE pho so I have to make it at home because they don't have low carb noodles at my place. I make it with kelp noodles (zero carbs) and I buy prepackaged beef bone broth with 10 grams of protein and add onion and bok choy with a little siracha. Yummmm super quick and I scan all the packaging
