Easy fix (big breakfast,mid size lunch, fruit/vegetable dinner after workout) the fruit/vegetables keeps you full thru the night a day the workout keeps you sleep. FYI you will wake up hungry so meal prep breakfast. Hope that helps.

Yep.. just make sure to close the app and reopen or tap the steps area on shealth and make sure you have all steps selected... hope that helps
