Thank you :) Beforehand, I ate 1,400 cals and just this month my goal was set to 1,300.

For breakfast I pretty much always have lots of fruit with coffee For lunch I'll have some toast with more fruit or maybe a healthy sandwich For dinner I'll eat whatever as long as it's not too many calories. I really hate salad so I don't eat much of that lol

Thank you :smiley: Have you taken pictures? I think that's one of the best ways to tell a difference. If I hadn't taken pictures then I wouldn't have noticed a difference in my body lol Overall I'm trying to lose 50lbs as my first goal, then I want to lose another 30lbs or so. Yup, no exercise at all. I only started exercising this month. My daily calorie is 1,400. Sometimes I would under-eat by 200 (not on purpose though) :)

"6 months from now you'll wish you had started today" Even though the quote isn't really ideal for a lifelong healthy lifestyle, it still holds true. I can't tell you how many times I said I would start losing weight only to give up and then look back months later, feeling angry lol.
