  • Ive been in ketosis for a month now and lost 29 out of my 100 pound goal. I'm all in but can we make 30 years instead of days?
  • Look up The Magic Pill on Netflix. Lots of sound information about the effects of a low carb/ high fat diet and how the food industry has been more or less suppressing this information.
  • Im currently reading a book titled The Obesity Code. Couldn’t ask for better info!!
  • I only eat within a nine hour window. I try to consume as little amount of carbs as possible. All the carbs come from the vegetables and dairy. A POUND water all day. Take multivitamins. Track every morsel of food. And starting this week, Im going to do 20 minutes of cardio every third day while in a fasted state.
  • I've been in ketosis now for almost 5 weeks and I've NEVER felt better. I've lost 28 pounds. I sleep better. I have lots of steady energy. And I don't feel that gnawing hunger ALL DAYI used to feel when I was just reducing calories. I'd love to start a little Keto-clan!
