It may have taken nearly two months, but I'm pleased to announce that my 28-day average has now dropped below 190.0 lbs (189.4 today). Next up: Under 185.0 on the 28-day average. Then under 184.0, as that's my BMI cutoff to the top of being class I obese (one class closer to normal).
