@mtaratoot This is the best biscuit combo I've ever had... best hollandaise too I'd eat 5 of these a day if there weren't calories... tasty little calorie bomb!

Shirts are feeling looser, and had to move the drivers seat forward a bit to have a solid control base for the pedals in my car.

Took pictures of breakfast and supper today. Breakfast was a few potatoes loaded with scrambled eggs, red butte hatch cheese, bacon bits, Greek yogurt, jalapeΓ±os, and after the pic I added some cholula hot sauce. Supper was a turkey burger served in romaine with red butte hatch cheese, tomato, jalapeΓ±os, and sweet relish.β¦

I'm not sure what I would call goat-y, as this was my first foray into anything goat related. It was ...tangy, I suppose? Just a really strong twist to what I'd come to expect with the few fancy cheeses I've tried. Truffled gouda, huh? I'd try that. Though I think I'd try it in some sort of baked/cooked format. I once madeβ¦

Not as fancy as the above, but here's tonight's dinner and dessert. Dinner was a small pork chop, green beans, and a couple small potatoes topped with bits of Beehive red butte hatch cheese. I highly recommend this cheese. Dessert was a split banana, several split strawberries, and homemade vanilla bean ice cream.

Tried the cremont last Thursday and the fontina today. I couldn't bring myself to like the cremont. Maybe it was because it is partially goat's milk? Not sure, but oh well... never know unless you try. The fontina cheese was a win today. Since I read that it is most often served melted/combined with other ingredients, Iβ¦

So I seem to be experiencing my first plateau. All the more frustrating to be experiencing it so soon into my journey. I know that I've been eating at an overall deficit though, so I know I need to keep the faith that the scale will go downwards eventually. Hopefully that will be soon. Kitchen adventures since I lastβ¦

Yep. It isn't a walk in the park by any means. Remember there will be good days and bad days, and maybe even some oh-so-ugly days thrown in... but trying to build better/smarter habits while wading through the muck means it'll be that much easier on the good days. I find that pre-planning and keeping the next few days'β¦
