In 8 years, i've only managed to get to 179lbs twice and i've not been able to lose any more, so when i got to 178lbs that was a massive achievement for me! The gain in my final week put me back to the dreaded 179lbs so the curse continues!
I got through my first month on simply eating within my calories, so it's definitely time to introduce exercise now and hopefully break the 179 curse for good11 -

Please donβt forget to do a very good self-check and schedule your mammogram. It saves lives and your life is important! I hope you will also remind the men in your lives to get their prostate checked.
10/25-199.8-(Trend Weight: 200.5)- Up & Down all week (thus the trend weight) but rounded it out with an overall bit of a loss. So far, Iβm staying away from the Halloween Candy and sticking to my sugar-free when Iβm tempted. I need to lose 1.4 pounds this round just to break even with starting weight. I got this! (Thinking positive here!)
10/31-197.8-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- 0.6 lb lost this round. Not even a pound but little bits add up and small changes do eventually make a difference. Iβm staying positive here. Great job to everyone who hung in there, didnβt give up and maybe even met a goal or two. See you in November.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
