Thank you @psuLemon I'm exercising twice a day everyday. So I should be ok. I was just concerned that if I'm consuming so little carbs that I may instigate ketoacidosis.

Thank you for sharing! I guess I have been avoiding taking before pictures. I'm afraid somebody "may see them" someday. I will try to take some today to use as a comparison next month!
