I eat raw overnight oats. 30gr of oats soaked in water over night. In the morning I put 5 almonds and a tsp of organic honey. In my opinion, it tastes great.

My PBF is 22%, body fat mass is 13.8% SMM is 26.9. I have been eating clean and was playing with carbs intake. (High and low carbs day, reducing carbs, etc).

I end up fighting with my family about it. They didn't see me like that yet. Only on pictures, cuz I live abroad. But every chance they get, they complain that I m too skinny. Even though I m not.

Hey. I honestly disagree that you don't need gym. I think you should try to manage finding time at least for 3 workouts a week. Regarding the food, it's good that you are prepping lunch. But you can't eat only once per the whole day. To increase the metabolism you need to eat every 3 hours. So I would suggest taking snacks…

If you checked online regarding calories, it was calculated as per you weight, height, age and activity. So that means you can only have 2k calories per day. But you should also check macros: what s the protein, carbs and fat intake for you.
