Aesthetic Calisthenics

Hii guys
I do Calisthenics for 4 years and now I'd like to have Aesthetic body and I wanna lose some body fat.
This change consists to don't use any protein powder and without use weights
My training is devised in Three parts
5 times a week,
1)warming up 10 minutes
2) 15 minutes no stop definition full body
3) 45 minutes Calisthenics skills

I love calisthenics! I don't do it but i would love to start soon. It's amazing how you guys can control your bodies.0
