Lol thanks all. This is actually our 4th child and I continued working out right up to the day I delivered. I am no stranger to the postpartum phase and newborn phase. I have a background in nutrition and I have my OB’s blessing for the weight loss. I appreciate everybody’s concern but all is well here. I promise. Now if…

Hey there. I have it too, girl, and I’m only 33 and have had it for years. I am 5’1, 100 lbs and my legs are almost solid muscle now thanks to strength training. However, the tiny bit of fat I have on my legs is cellulite. I believe it’s genetic and women are more likely to have it. It used to bother me but I work hard to…

I have sciatica and small children too. It comes and goes; sometimes just moving the wrong way brings it back on. What seems to have helped me was going from obese to a normal weight range and exercising. With that said, i enlisted a trainer at the beginning to show me proper form and technique so I didn't cause further…

Thanks to all. It appears I definitely need to increase my protein. And, yes, I am most definitely a newbie. The first time I ever even stepped into a gym was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I'm still learning everything but want to ensure I am doing everything correctly including nutrition. Thank you for the input.

Years ago, I ate very little and lost hair, among other things. Please make sure you're eating enough nutrient rich foods.

I'm also 5ft and started at 157. If you'd like to be friends, hit me up. We're all in this together.

Been there and still there but working on it. I'm down 24 pounds and it's shrunk everywhere. I still have some unevenness on the sides of my stomach but it's gotten better. Im hopeful it will eventually even out. If you're concerned, you could talk to a professional. But I'm in the same shoes as you and just giving it time!

Hey there! My kids are 1 and 3 but I only made the change to lose all the extra weight I gained during their pregnancies back in May. I am down 21 pounds and have another 25-30 to go. Feel free to add me!

Hi there! I don't know how to add you but feel free to add me. My kids are 1 and 3, and an 11 year old stepchild. I gained a ton of weight during my pregnancies and decided to lose it in May. Down 21 pounds so far; have another 25-30 pounds to go!

Hi there! I don't know how to add you but feel free to add me. I am 5'0" and have lost 21 pounds so far but I have another 25ish to go. I'm 32 years old so we're basically in the same boat! Good luck to you!

I don't know how to add you but feel free to add me. I have an 11yr old stepson, 3 yr old son and 1 year old daughter. I've been at this since May and have lost 21 pounds so far. Although I have a vacation planned this month and am sure I'll be up a little after that. But I shall take it off again!

I'm a SAHM too. Love to add you but I don't know how!

How do you become friends on here? I am 5'0 and would love being friends!

I have the same problem. What works for me is only do light snacking all day, then dinner, then healthy snacks. Maybe it will help you?

I completely understand you. I did this in the past. It was great while I was doing it because I got so skinny... but I also lost my period for a year, had major sleep issues because I was so hungry, and started losing my hair... once I upped the calories, I gained it all back and then some... so it didn't work for me...…

Fantastic! You look gorgeous. Rock it. I am also 5'0" and have 50lbs to lose. I started a little over a month ago. You are my inspiration. Sometimes I think it's just a little harder for us shorties because we have to eat so much less than everyone else just to see a budge on the scale... great job!

Everyone is different. I do not eat breakfast as it makes me want to constantly eat all day. I usually start with a late AM snack which I label as breakfast in my diary. I eat light all day and save most of my calories for dinner and late snacks. Once I start eating, I just want to keep munching so saving the big amounts…

Hey there. I am 5'0". I started this 35 days ago and eat 1200-1400 calories a day to lose weight. I do not exercise and am pretty sedentary. I'm down 10.5lbs. The first 5lbs came off after the first week so it was probably water weight. On average I lose .5 - 2lbs a week depending on my activity level. Hope this helps you.…

Thank you all. I really appreciate it! Fingers crossed that the scales go back down next week!!! Good luck to you all!
