I have been mia for a couple days. Life got me. But everyday I tracked I stayed within 50 calories of goal No exercise. The scale is still going in correct direction. This weekend I plan on a longer jog and lots of walking. Excited for mondays weigh in!

Daily post: May 4th Tracked yep! Calories under Excercise yep! Walked and played softball with my daughter and nephews. Pro tip: if you're on a brisk walk and feel the sudden urge to run, don't. Unless you take your inhaler first.😩😩

FriYAYYYY check in: Tracked: yep! Calories: under Excercise: walked at lunch 2.88 miles and some light squats, lunges, and pushups after dinner. Today I felt great, this was my day 20 back on MFP. Im more committed than ever and people around me are noticing! Im looking forward to a weekend full of softball!
