Sunday December 8th Tracked- yep Calories- over... but im thinking of changing from weekend daily calories to total weekend calories. If I add today and yesterday's calories im on target Exercise- nope

Saturday December 7th Tracked-yes Calories- way under Exercise- 45 min cardio(bike and incline walk) Looking forward to getting to do a longer run tomorrow!

One tip I've learned during this journey is stop feeling guilty about food. Eating too much, too less, or crap food. When you feel guilt about a substance that is made to fuel you, your placing emotion on it. Emotions shouldn't be involved in food. If you eat too much, just know tomorrow is a new day. And kick tomorrowβ¦

Wednesday December 4th Track - yes Calories - under Exercise - cardio- non running day. π©π© I dislike cardio if it's not running. Today I evened out my calories much better. ππ yay for getting back into the swing of things. Im down 68lbs! So close to 70 I can taste it.

Hello! IM BACK! Today im starting 10k training and tomorrow im moving back down to weight loss calories from maintenance. The month of November I gave my self a break and I didn't gain anything! Let's kick Decembers buttocks! My goal is to lose 4lbs this month, I have about 15 till my goal.
