Exercise Just a little walk.
I was on my way, walking home from work today when, our of nowhere, my hubby pulls up. "I came to pick you up. I thought it'd be too cold for you to walk today.". I guess I should be thankful he was thinking of me, but I was all bundled up, prepared for the wind chills. I was prepared to walk home, figured I would warm up after I got moving. But he had the dogs in the car to take them to the park. so, there went my walk. Tomorrow! Not going to be cold tomorrow.1 -

Comments: Calories are my fault. Emotions got the best of me. I need to have a different habit when emotions trigger eating. The weather and the darkness prevent it from being go for a walk but perhaps I could 'dance' it out.2 -
