    weather channel said 32 degrees w/ 18mph winds. Brrr. So I bundled up. Fleece lined leggings, turtle neck, sweatshirt, yoga pants, jacket, hat, neck warmer, gloves. The works. Walked 3 1/2 miles. Sweating! They lied about the wind. Just a little breeze!

    Exercise: 30m run/walk, 10m stretching. Feels like I should do more, but I know that way lies injuries.
    Steps 8.8k ah well. Still on track to do my goal of 70k this week 🤞

    I was very hungry today :# , glad I exercised. I don’t use my earned calorie through exercise but I had to dip into them today. Let’s hope tomorrow I don’t feel so hungry. First of the Christmas celebrations tomorrow, I’ll need to focus.

    Exercise - cardio- non running day. 😩😩 I dislike cardio if it's not running.

    Today I evened out my calories much better. 🎉🎉 yay for getting back into the swing of things. Im down 68lbs! So close to 70 I can taste it.

    Comments - I also do IF with a 5 hour window usually between 5:00 and 10:00. I usually have a large meal then a snack. I’m also working on going strict Keto. Easing myself back into it. I’m increasing my fats and protein and cutting back on carbs. It seems to be going well.

    Feeling energized today. I was dragging Monday and Wednesday because of poor sleep the night before.
