weather channel said 32 degrees w/ 18mph winds. Brrr. So I bundled up. Fleece lined leggings, turtle neck, sweatshirt, yoga pants, jacket, hat, neck warmer, gloves. The works. Walked 3 1/2 miles. Sweating! They lied about the wind. Just a little breeze!2 -

Exercise: 30m run/walk, 10m stretching. Feels like I should do more, but I know that way lies injuries.

I was very hungry today , glad I exercised. I don’t use my earned calorie through exercise but I had to dip into them today. Let’s hope tomorrow I don’t feel so hungry. First of the Christmas celebrations tomorrow, I’ll need to focus.2 -

Today I evened out my calories much better. 🎉🎉 yay for getting back into the swing of things. Im down 68lbs! So close to 70 I can taste it.3 -

Comments - I also do IF with a 5 hour window usually between 5:00 and 10:00. I usually have a large meal then a snack. I’m also working on going strict Keto. Easing myself back into it. I’m increasing my fats and protein and cutting back on carbs. It seems to be going well.3 -

Feeling energized today. I was dragging Monday and Wednesday because of poor sleep the night before.2 -
One tip I've learned during this journey is stop feeling guilty about food. Eating too much, too less, or crap food.
When you feel guilt about a substance that is made to fuel you, your placing emotion on it. Emotions shouldn't be involved in food.
If you eat too much, just know tomorrow is a new day. And kick tomorrow butt.
Losing weight it's f'n hard, don't make it harder on yourself. 😘6 -

Yes its a day at a time. Stay happy. I didnt get this way in a day. Im not gonna lose it in a day.3 -
