I went over thanks to the holiday party and being hungry when I got home....so I still ate dinner. I didn't get my steps in because I was at the party over lunch time and couldn't walk. Oh well....will do better today.3 -

I was STARVING during the day. But after I ran I lost all appetite. Hopefully I even out my calories better tomorrow. But overall great day!
