    One tip I've learned during this journey is stop feeling guilty about food. Eating too much, too less, or crap food.

    When you feel guilt about a substance that is made to fuel you, your placing emotion on it. Emotions shouldn't be involved in food.

    If you eat too much, just know tomorrow is a new day. And kick tomorrow butt.

    Losing weight it's f'n hard, don't make it harder on yourself. 😘

    Yes its a day at a time. Stay happy. I didnt get this way in a day. Im not gonna lose it in a day.

    Brisk 20 minute walk with 2 sets of burpees.
    Steps 7k.. gotta get that up.

    Ha well that focus plan didn't go well yesterday but today's another day! No time for actual exercise this week as works a bit hectic but on that 100% after Xmas until then in just going to try and focus on the calories and fit in steps and exercise as and when I can.
