    Question of the Week:

Something that's been on my mind this week is getting back into my routine and back on track. I really thought my transition back to normal life would have been smoother but it has not and so my question is:
When you're out of your routine for traveling or holidays, what is your strategy for getting back on track? Or staying on track?

Now that I have actually slept more than 3 hours at a time.
Our hospital implemented a system wide new electronic health record this week and the ER was hammered so it made for a very chaotic and frustrating week. Explaining to software people that I don't care if the nurse clicked the wrong button, we were more worried about the patient at that moment and then having to remind the nurses that yes, they had to go back and get it right in the system made for a long week. 16 hour days do not work well after awhile. Pizza, Monsters and Doritos at 2am aren't conducive to health, either.
My CFO and Director told me to take off this weekend. I'm grateful. 13 hours of sleep later, I feel alive again. Hooe everyone has a great weekend!!

A little loss! We had rain this week so not too much working out and I had a wonderful flareup from my injury. Will try harder this week!

I actually work on the other side of the business. I support an electronic health record called Echo. Implementation is really stressful on both sides. Our management is considering replacing Echo and replacing it was something else . I hope not.

Good morning TEAM SLIMSONS😍😍Finally home after being hospitalized since Oct 25th. Still have a long recovery ahead but determined to stay positive through the process.

I had to fight hard just to get out of rehab so was way too exhausted to get on the thread and try to keep up with all the posts.

So. . . I'm not going to even try to catch up but just welcome all the old and new members to the Challenge and move forward from today. I hope you guys understand. ❤❤
    So glad you are home.
