    1. Tracking- every calorie but not eating healthy yet.

    3. Exercise- 108 minute hike on mountain trail. 5.5 miles.

    I had a decent day I just need to get back to Keto!

    Hi everyone I'm 38 (today) from the UK and need to lose around 2 and half stone. If struggled for years to lose weight but need to just get it done this time by sticking to it no matter how many bumps in the road I have and no matter how long it takes i feel determined to get to goal this time!

    I joined this challenge last month and found it helped keep me accountable although I wasn't as active the group as I should have been.
    Goals for this month are be more active in group, drink more and although it's Christmas this month I'd like to lose at least 8lb.

    Day out yesterday so although over on calories I done hours of walking.
    Feel really ill with flu type illness today so won't be getting any exercise but also dont tend to overeat when I can't smell or taste anything!

    Only my daughter remains at home as the weather was bad last night and she can take a 'work from home' day today. My children are scattered from Boston to New Jersey to Kentucky. One is a neighborhood away. I love the start of a new day and reflecting in the morning. I need to concentrate on healthy eating and exercise.

    I’ve been having a huge problem with my weight for the last few months. I’m determined to turn over a new leaf. I joined a gym and hired a trainer, met with her today and I feel good. December 1st, a new beginning.

    @Kin59vara I do that everyday, I journal about what I did right the day before and what I need to do better with but every morning I take my weight and then take a few minutes to look at what happened and where I can do better and in fairness, there are days that go really well, and while I did over eat while on vacation, I did stick to my fasting and over the 10 days where I was traveling I only gained 1.5 lbs, and some of that can even be attributed to PMS which I am really happy with, well the overall gain I'm happy with, but not the pms lol.

    Hello!

    IM BACK!

    Today im starting 10k training and tomorrow im moving back down to weight loss calories from maintenance. The month of November I gave my self a break and I didn't gain anything!

    Let's kick Decembers buttocks!

    My goal is to lose 4lbs this month, I have about 15 till my goal.
