  • I've been intermittent fasting and transitioning to a ketogenic diet since June 1. So far I'm down 9 pounds as of June 13. But I still have an unsightly middle. My goal for this week is to work on the inflammation in my body while staying in ketosis and upping my exercise game to daily walks around my work site.
