are you eating the calorie limit? I didn't intentionally do it,but looking back i had 75-100 calories deficit to my limit for 2-3 days and was feeling light headed the next 2 days,so i ate my limit and a little more(100 cal) for few days.I gradually decreased back to my limit in a couple of days. how much time do you all wait after having food for exercising ? I have just started walking in mornings and would love to burn some extra with the HIIT/other on fitnessblender and youtube.

I love them too,but really expensive here $2 per fruit at our local grocery store.Figs and persimmons are really tasty when completely ripe,but sadly both are really expensive here.

Instant pot(the kiddo freaks out when i use the stove top due to the jingle sounds,so i pretty much stopped using it),Cast iron round griddle and the 8 inch skillet. Eyeing the Vitamix,but it has to wait :)
