This particular yogurt.Pretty regular yogurt eater,haven't had this kind of issues.I consumed the yogurt and powder separately.But today is the first time I had them same day.I was wondering if there was a ingredient others were sensitive too,so that I can avoid products which have them.

Going to try this.I started stretching because my legs were hurting after I started walking for about 3 weeks.I follow the total body cool down from fitness blender,but I am going to pay more attention while doing it.Thank you.

Took a day off today.I follow the fitness blender total cool down video to stretch,but I may not be doing it enough (30 seconds each pose). Don't have access to foam roller,so it is out of question. Any core strength exercises you recommend (YouTube videos etc)?

I am at 1220 now(from mid-July),started at 1470.It is getting harder since trying to hit the protein goal as a ovo-lacto vegetarian.But getting there,going over 100 cal(+1220) on most days since i am trying to tweak my meals. Trying cottage cheese,eggs,lentils/beans,protein powder,milk as daily sources.

From what i read,going lower than 1200 per day is also not a good choice(including the exercise calories).If you have the time,may be do trial and error.Log the calories for 2-3 weeks and see if you are losing/gaining? Depending on the outcome,you can decide whether to skip them/add them to the log.

I update my weight weekly and after you said so,i went to check in calorie intake.I remember seeing it at 1370,now it's at 1320.But how can i know for sure,to see what my starting calorie intake was?
