Bixby is annoying. there are some other things that bother me, but I can't think of them right now. one thing is you can't copy pics from your gallery by holding down your finger on them.

great job! I just turned 40 and am finally trying to take seriously getting in shape. hope it goes well.

you can add me. I've had several half hearted attempts to get in shape and turning 40 in April really got me motivated to take this seriously. been at it now for 3 or so months with consistent exercise and over 3 weeks with calorie counting. was a chronic over eater. 5'8" 225.

me too. I can't go to bed if I'm hungry. have to have a snack. keeping the snack reasonable is the challenge.

I'm the same way. After I eat dinner I want something sweet. a lot of times I'll have cereal soon after dinner and I'm not really hungry. Turned 40 in April and whether a midlife crisis or not am deciding to get in shape. Been doing really well. Overeating has always been a problem and for 3 weeks since I started counting calories I am doing very well.

I had gone pretty quickly from around 225 to 220ish back up to 227 within a few days. after relatively quick loss I was BUMMED to creep back up after a planned cheat meal.
