^^ I agree. My best 5k was 18:50 when I was in my 30's. I placed 2nd in my AG. This was not a really large race though around 300 racers total.

I started my lifestyle change Sept. 2016 at 276 lbs. I'm walking around 4-5 days a week. Today I'm 186 lbs and still walking for fitness. I'm a former triathlete but can't run now because of hip and back problems but my Dr. told me to walk as much as I could.
