I've just completed wk 5 day 3 but I stopped at 18 minutes....I have been running on treadmill and stopped at 2 miles thinking I'd got there before the 20 minutes but forgot all about the 5 minute warm up so I'm thinking should I repeat that day or just move on to week 6!? Never really done any running before I started…

I have psoriatic arthritis which I take methotrexate for, I struggle to keep up my fitness when I'm having a flare up so could do with some motivation or some tips to keep going!!

I'm recording it through my treadmill, my husbands also checked his to see if it was normal and his seemed fine. I have in the past been told I have got a slow heart beat but still thought it should be going up whilst exercising!

When I'm just walking it is around 70-80 but when I start running it goes down to 50-60.
