Question about food measuring. As an example, 1 cup measurement of a dry cereal. If the cereal is “big,” like frosted mini wheats, versus small pieces like rice crispies, there will be less cereal in the measuring cup and more air for the frosted mini wheats. I usually skip working out on the weekends (perhaps that can be a change to make?!). But I went on the treadmill today, knowing tomorrow is out because of a work function.

Yesterday I upped the treadmill setting to 4.4 mph. 'Cause, really, if I can do 4.3, is 4.4 such a stretch?? This morning's plan is 8am body sculpt class at Y.
