I have the Jillian Michaels app. I did day 2 of transform 90 and took a 20 min walk.0

Today i did an hour on the treadmill and a 500 yard swim.0

Yesterday I upped the treadmill setting to 4.4 mph. 'Cause, really, if I can do 4.3, is 4.4 such a stretch?? This morning's plan is 8am body sculpt class at Y.0

Awesome Job everyone! thursday i did an hour on the treadmill. Friday i did 30 on treadmill and 15 minutes on bike and saturday i did 1hour on treadmill and 15 minutes on bike... week one is in the books! im so proud of everyone!1

I usually skip working out on the weekends (perhaps that can be a change to make?!). But I went on the treadmill today, knowing tomorrow is out because of a work function.0

Ok so my beach body on demand finally works on my phone so I'm starting p90x3. Did day 1 today1

Hi I just joined the group. I don't do daily workouts due to the reduction I am doing in calories. I workout about four days a week for an hour or more. I track the step, but not the calories burned from cardio. I also due a lot of weight training to help tone, but since tracking that can be a pain with pyramid sets or just the overall having to go up and down weight. For this week I did five miles on Sunday, Monday I did weights for chest and arms and really feeling that. Tuesday today is an off day. Wednesday should be legs & abdominal, Thursday should be back, and the rest are off unless I feel like doing minor cardio. But depending on work and muscle stiffness the days change.2
