Pro : - More creative food choices ( rather than meat and 2 veg. ) - Can be alot cheaper providing you don't go overboard on the health food goodies - Better digestion - Sustainability for the planet, cruelty etc Cons - Can be a pain eating out / takeaway - Fewer ready meals so be prepared to cook more often - CAN work out…

I take 1000mg vit C, floradix iron/b vits tablet every day with the occasional oral Vit D. I would love a general multivitamin which isn't full of bulking/anti caking agents, anyone know of any?

28 male veggie, occasional lifter here. One of my fav high protein meals is Beans on toast with various Seitan steaks/burgers or Tempeh. Add some avacado/PB, seeds, egg/cheese (for non vegans) and various condiments and can be a nice 1000 + cal meal.

Can you tolerate fruit sugar? I find a mashed up banana with approx 50g peanut butter mixed together is a nice start to the day. Not low fat however, if that's what you're after.

Pescitarian here though I was vegan for a year or so. Still eat a largely plant based diet but eat the occasional dairy/fish as a treat.
